Unassisted Divorce

In this Unassisted Divorce service we will draft all the divorce papers you will need to complete the divorce without an attorney.  This service is suitable if:

• Both you and your current spouse live in South Africa

• Both of you agree on the terms of divorce (such as access to children & division of assets)

• You do not want an attorney involved (apart from drafting the documents) 

 

We charge a fee of R900. You will also need to pay the Sheriff, normally between +-R150 - R500 (depending on the Sheriff).
