Both you and your current spouse live in South Africa
Both of you agree on the terms of divorce (primarily access to children & division of assets)

Attorney Assisted Divorce

R9,900 (all-inclusive)

Payable in three monthly instalments of R3,300.

A comprehensive service - we do everything on your behalf to finalise the divorce. You will receive legal advice and representation throughout the process. A consultation (in person or online) is arranged and we explain the entire process. Finally, we represent you on the Court date.

This service is suitable if:

At least one spouse lives in Gauteng
Both parties agree on the terms of divorce (children, assets, etc.)
