Attorney Assisted Divorce

This is a comprehensive service. You will be legally represented by us from start to finish and you will receive legal advice every step of the way. You will have unlimited access to an attorney. This includes consulting with you, drafting the divorce papers, issue & collect from Court, Sheriff etc and finally, represent you at Court on the Court date.

This service is suitable if:

• Both you and your current spouse live in Gauteng

• Both of you agree on the terms of divorce (such as access to children & division of assets)

We charge an all-inclusive fee of R9,900 which you can pay in instalments of R3,300 each over three months.
